Vision: The vision of River Church Jersey and Tobiah Life Center, Inc. Jesus we preach(Col.1:28) taking the Gospel outside the four walls, bringing Hope within Reach to the lost, and to Rescue men, and women, from life-controlling issues, to Revive every man, woman, and families to their God-given purpose by taking their place in Christ Jesus!(2 Cor.5:17)
Meet our staff
G. Fred & Mary Chinn Pastors
When God put G. Fred & Mary Chinn together, He also put a vision and passion on the inside of them. That vision and passion is to reach, rescue and revive people to live free from the horror and separation that sin brings on people! After being addicted for many years, it's amazing how God radically saved Mary and Fred, who didn't even know each other at the time! Approximately 10 years later, while living in the same area, God supernaturally connected Fred and Mary, with 3 children and 3 grandchildren. God began to prepare them for ministry through serving and Bible school. Serving the local church and helping youth in the urban areas. Today Fred and Mary together bring over 30 years of ministry. They both will be the first to say, "Jesus Changes Everything" and will spend the rest of their lives "making the most of every opportunity" and bringing this Good News to men, women, boys, girls, and families!
In July of 2018, TLC, Inc. was estab. River Church Jersey was estab. in July 2021.
David Montano Media Tech
David is very passionate about serving and leads with excellence! David is married to (Lissette) they have a daughter,(Destiny). We call them the dynamic trio, because of their willingness and availability to serve in and with Tobiah Life Center via River Church Jersey.
Robin Cintron Lead Teacher/Children's Ministry
Robin’s heart of service to God's, is exemplified in her everyday faith-filled life. Whether she is going to work or in the supermarket or at church. In other words what you see is Jesus, and that’s what you get! Always giving, and we’re really BLESSED to have her on the team. Robin is married with 4 children. With many spiritual sons and daughters!
Michael A. Hampton Leader Mgmt.
Mike has been with the team since the start, Mike is the type of team player that will make the most of every opportunity to serve. He’s hungry for the things of God. And we must say Mike is not just a hearer of the Word, Mike is a Doer! Along with one of Mike’s favorite Bible verses, found in Philippians 4:13; he truly exemplifies the spirit of an Overcomer! When the world says he can’t, Mike leans on the Word, and says, “he can do all things through Christ, who gives him Strength!”
